The 2660HLE Adjust-a-Stat (for heeled shoes) Hook and Loop Elastic Foot Grounder uses a conductive cushioned neoprene rubber strap worn under the shoe arch for positive contact to the floor. An adjustable strap fits over the shoe. A conductive insole fits under the heel of the foot for positive contact. New Comfort Flex HLE (hook and loop elastic) design. No resistor.
